I contributed to designing the PandaPay Wallet within the foodpanda app, working from Delivery Hero’s Berlin headquarters. Over two months, I designed the wallet page, checkout integration, and key screens for transfers and refunds across both mobile and desktop platforms. Despite the tight timeline, I delivered results ahead of schedule.
Collaborative Product Design
In 2018, during a six-month product design contractor role at Delivery Hero Germany, I helped achieve significant conversion rate improvements across several apps. Later that year, Delivery Hero sold its German operations to Takeaway.com. I was then invited to join the foodpanda team to design the PandaPay wallet for their web app in 2019. As a leading delivery platform in Asia and parts of Europe, foodpanda focuses on q-commerce (quick commerce), delivering food, groceries, and more with speed and convenience. While the MVP for PandaPay had been ideated and some mobile designs were underway, I took charge of completing both desktop and mobile designs, working closely with the Product Owner, UX/UI Design Lead, and Design System Designer. Leveraging a strong design system and mobile examples, I delivered a seamless, user-friendly solution.

By identifying gaps and recurring patterns, I proposed new components to enhance the design system. Collaborating closely with the Design System Designer, we ensured these components were flexible, scalable, and aligned with technical requirements.
